The GCE 3U High Voltage Rack Battery Management System (RBMS) is a highly integrated battery management solution designed for high-voltage energy storage applications. With a 100A rated current and up to 125A maximum current, the RBMS supports 600V-class battery systems and is designed for PV energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, household energy storage, microgrids, UPS systems and 220V DC power systems. Its modular architecture, multiple communication interfaces, comprehensive protection functions and 19-inch rackmount design make it suitable for both standalone battery systems and multi-cluster energy storage systems.

2. Integrated 4-Inch HMI
The optional 4-inch embedded HMI display provides a clear view of system operating information. The BMS also integrates self-inspection and operating-status detection functions, allowing users to monitor the system more conveniently. HMI functions can include system status and operating information according to the configured system.

The RBMS provides multiple communication interfaces for flexible system integration:

The system supports communication with most PCS, inverters, UPS systems and monitoring servers, while communication protocols can also be adapted according to customer requirements.
4. Standalone & Parallel Configuration
The GCE RBMS supports both standalone operation and multi-cluster parallel applications. In standalone mode, the system uses a two-level architecture: BMU + RBMS. For multi-cluster applications, a three-level architecture can be configured: BMU + RBMS + SBMS. Multiple RBMS units can be assigned different IDs for parallel operation, with support for up to 15 RBMS units in parallel according to the specification.
5. Advanced Battery Protection
The RBMS integrates battery charge/discharge management, temperature management, pre-charge control, short-circuit protection, system protection parameter settings and parallel circulation control. The 600V version supports 20kA / 20ms short-circuit protection. The system can also record up to 5,000 events for troubleshooting and maintenance.
6. Data Storage & Monitoring
A built-in high-capacity memory chip stores important operating data. An SD card can be added for historical cell data storage, providing additional support for system monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
