Negative pressure resistant compensator
The PTFE corrugated compensator (also known as an expansion joint) is an industrial device used in piping systems with highly corrosive media to compensate for displacement due to thermal expansion and contraction, as well as installation misalignment, thereby reducing vibration in the piping system.
The outer part is a stainless steel metal braided mesh, and the inner part is PTFE. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents of various concentrations. Available on the market in sizes from DN25 to DN600 mm, it can withstand over 5000 continuous fatigue cycles. Pressure ratings: PN0.6MPa, PN1.0MPa. Operating temperature: ≤200°C.
