Durable Heat Stabilized PP granules are designed for the automotive and industrial sectors, where long-term exposure to both heat and mechanical stress is common. Unlike standard PP, this grade features stabilizers that enhance oxidation resistance, preventing embrittlement at high operating temperatures. With a service range of -20°C to 140°C, these materials are ideal for automotive under-the-hood parts such as fan shrouds, battery cases, air ducts, and also industrial products like machine housings and electrical enclosures.

For critical automotive safety applications, parts should undergo standard compliance testing (ISO/ASTM). Avoid continuous contact with hydrocarbons above 70°C, as it may reduce lifespan.
