Precautions

Prior to molding, the granules should be dried at 80–90°C for 3–5 hours to avoid moisture-related defects. Avoid excessive shear during processing, as it may reduce lubrication effectiveness. For caster wheels used on delicate flooring, it is recommended to pair this nylon with a rubber coating to minimize surface scratches.
