Overview
This fully automatic whole board cutting machine is designed for cutting various aluminum substrate panels with V-grooves. It delivers fast cutting speed, high efficiency, smooth burr-free edges, and prevents board twisting, warping, or deformation. The system features simple operation for industrial production environments.
Working Mode
Material is placed on the lifting platform. After powering on, the conveyor belt transports it to the working area. Upon completion, the belt automatically outputs the material to the storage rack.
Operating Instructions
  • Place the leveling feet on the ground and connect the power cord and air tube
  • Turn the black two-stage power switch to the right to power on - the touchscreen will display the interface
  • The screen shows three options: "Return to Home," "Parameter Settings," and "Manual Page"
  • Place circuit boards on the feeding platform and click "Manual Page" option
  • Click each option sequentially to verify all functions operate normally
  • Return to main interface and select "Fully Automatic Mode" as working mode
  • Set parameters as needed via "Parameter Settings" interface
  • Configure spindle running time (vibration time in working area)
  • Verify photoelectric switch irradiation area and adjust if necessary
  • Press green mushroom-head switch to start operation
  • Red mushroom-head switch serves as emergency stop button
Precautions
  • Feeding platform motor has maximum load capacity of approximately 35 kg - exceeding this weight prevents platform from rising
  • Pearl cotton and anti-friction cloth in working area are consumables requiring regular replacement
