Zetron PTM600-T Online Syngas Analyzer for Continuous Industrial Gas Monitoring

Our Syngas Analyzers PTM600-T is high-stability infrared detector for the simultaneous measurement of CO, CO2, CH4 and C2H2, CnHm. These gases are suitable for challenging applications such as syngas and gasification atmospheres. In addition, analyzers may use a compensated thermal conductivity cell for H2. Electrochemical O2 sensors may also measure percent levels of oxygen in the sample gas stream.

Suitable for continuous industrial syngas analysis and gasification analysis.

Modular sensors design, easy for maintenance.
Replacement to gas chromatography, mass spectrometry.
Auto temperature compensation to guarantee precision.
Precision filters to remove moisture and dust in sample gas for analyzer protection.
7 inch colorful LCD screen display, large screen for all information display.
Touch screen operation, easy to operate.
4-20 mA current ring output, optional.
RS485 or RS232 communication, with 4-20mA analog output
Use 483mm (19 ″) embedded chassis and can be installed in 483mm (19 ″) standard cabinet
