Overview

The HY001-IR/UV Flame Simulator is designed for testing flame detectors of the following types:

  • UV (Ultraviolet)
  • IR (Single-band Infrared)
  • IR2 (Dual-band Infrared)
  • IR3 (Triple-band Infrared)
  • IR/UV (Infrared/Ultraviolet Combined)

It allows users to test flame detectors in environments where open flames cannot be used.

Different manufacturers of infrared flame detectors have different detection frequencies.

This product is suitable for infrared flame detectors with a frequency of 0 - 10Hz.

Features
  • A 24V/3000mAh lithium - ion rechargeable battery is installed inside the flame simulator.
  • When the power switch is turned on, the battery level indicator light on the front panel will display the current battery level (as shown in Figure 1).
  • When the battery level is less than or equal to 30%, the battery should be charged in time. Insert the charger into the charging port, and when the charging indicator light lights up, it indicates that the battery is being charged. The charging time should be more than 3h.
