Overview

The high-chlorine COD digester follows the national standard: determination of chemical oxygen demand in high-chlorine wastewater chlorine correction method. The chemical solution preparation, operation and COD calculation of the instrument follow HJ/T70-2001. It is applicable to the determination of COD in high-chlorine wastewater with chloride ion content less than 20000 mg/L.

Features
  • Imported microcrystalline panel is adopted, which can withstand high temperature of 700 ℃, with uniform heating, fast rising/falling speed, smooth surface and easy cleaning and maintenance.
  • New type of high temperature resistant ceramic fiber heating plate, uniform heat receiving/conducting, less heat loss.
  • The glass burr return pipe and cooling system have good digestion return effect to ensure the parallelism and accuracy of digestion results.
  • Digital display of microcrystalline panel temperature, digital display of digestion time: temperature and timing can be set at any time.
  • After digestion, the equipment will automatically stop heating, and the fan will continue to work for 120 minutes to assist sample cooling, and unattended operation is allowed.
