- The cabinet exterior is fabricated from high-quality galvanized steel sheet, processed and formed with precision. Its surface undergoes a spray-coating treatment, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The inner chamber is constructed from premium-grade 304 mirror-polished stainless steel; the four corners of the inner chamber feature a semi-circular arc design to facilitate easy cleaning.
- The equipment features capabilities for real-time monitoring of parameter curves-such as temperature and CO2 concentration-as well as historical data trends. Furthermore, it supports data logging, downloading, and exporting functions (including export to a USB drive in CSV and PDF formats), and is equipped with fault alarm and diagnostic inquiry capabilities.
- It is fitted with a 7-inch touchscreen control display, enabling real-time monitoring and adjustment of various parameters, including temperature and CO2 concentration. The controller includes a lock function to prevent accidental operation.
- It utilizes an imported Infrared (IR) CO2 concentration sensor, characterized by stable control performance and a long service life.
- It employs an imported SMC solenoid valve to efficiently regulate CO2 intake, ensuring intake stability remains unaffected by fluctuations in gas source pressure (whether too high or too low).
- It is equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor to ensure precise temperature control within the cabinet interior.
- Six-Sided Heating Design: The outer door features an integrated heating function, effectively preventing condensation while facilitating clear observation of the experimental process.
- UV Sterilization Function: Enables periodic sterilization of the cabinet interior, effectively preventing contamination during microbial culture processes. Microbial Filter: A microbial filter is installed at the CO2 intake port.
