Product Description

The PTM200S portable multi-parameter gas analyzer is designed using infrared and electrochemical principles . Its portability incorporates advanced correlation filtering (GFC) technology. The instrument integrates multiple infrared and electrochemical sensors, cross-analyzing the signal spectra. One signal serves as a reference signal, while the other is the signal of the gas to be measured. These signals are subtracted by digital circuitry to obtain the signal change of the measured gas. The magnitude of this signal depth represents the gas concentration. This signal is converted into a voltage signal, amplified, and then linearized by a microcomputer in 20 segments. Finally, the gas concentration is displayed on the screen.

  • The instrument utilizes Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology for CO monitoring and electrochemical sensing for O2 monitoring. A built-in semiconductor cooling element maintains a stable internal probe temperature, minimizing the impact of ambient temperature fluctuations; the probe is characterized by a long service life, high accuracy, and rapid response.
  • It employs internationally advanced Gas Filter Correlation (GFC) technology and is designed based on precision absorption spectroscopy, offering exceptional resistance to cross-interference.
  • It features high resolution, with a minimum detection limit of 1–10 ppm.
  • Advanced circuit design: It utilizes mainstream microprocessors and high-efficiency 16-bit A/D converters. The rational overall design ensures high circuit stability, minimal drift, and a low failure rate, while facilitating easy maintenance and repair. A unique automatic gain control system optimizes operating parameters, effectively preventing performance degradation caused by voltage fluctuations resulting from equipment aging.
  • A built-in high-performance rechargeable battery pack provides over 6 hours of operation; the unit supports charging via an external AC power source while in use.
  • Equipped with a built-in high-efficiency diaphragm pump (flow rate: 1.0–1.5 L/min), it can directly draw external gas samples for analysis.
  • The sampling probe features a self-cooling, constant-temperature design that ensures reliable gas extraction while protecting the probe from high-temperature damage during short-term insertion into flue ports.
  • Integrated systems for pre-treatment, filtration, condensation, and pressure/flow stabilization ensure that the gas delivered to the analysis unit is stable and clean.
  • It features a high-resolution touchscreen for convenient, efficient operation, maintaining excellent visibility and backlight performance even in outdoor environments.
