Application Areas:

Vacuum Interrupter (Circuit Breaker Core)
Metalized ceramic core rods (e.g., alumina-based) are used to manufacture the vacuum interrupter cavity, providing an airtight seal and electrical insulation, enabling high-voltage current interruption. Applications include mining circuit breakers and generator protection systems.

Live Display Device
Used in 10kV–40.5kV power systems, it provides real-time indication of the operating status of high-voltage conductors, circuit breakers (such as SF6 circuit breakers and vacuum circuit breakers), lightning arresters, or instrument transformers, ensuring operator safety.

Typical Parameters: Capacitance ranges from 10pF–230pF (e.g., 90pF at 24kV), with a withstand voltage of 68kV (power frequency) and 125kV (lightning impulse).

PD not more than 5pC at 1.1 times rated voltage without special instructions. Comply with the standard DL /T538-2006(High Voltage Presence Indication Device).
The dimensions can be made according to customer requirements.
