In the high-voltage power communications sector, product reliability stems not only from design and manufacturing but also from a comprehensive verification system. We have established a comprehensive verification platform, spanning material, device, and system levels, to ensure that every high-voltage doorhandle capacitor delivers exceptional performance under real-world operating conditions.

Our verification system encompasses four key dimensions: At the material level, we use analytical techniques such as scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction to ensure the microstructural consistency of dielectric materials. At the device level, we employ an automated testing system to subject each capacitor to a 72-hour burn-in screening process, including high-temperature and high-humidity load testing, temperature cycling testing, and surge testing. At the system level, through in-depth collaboration with major PLC equipment manufacturers, we verify product compatibility and reliability in real-world communication systems. At the field level, we have established an application monitoring network covering diverse climate conditions to continuously collect real-world performance data.

This verification system ensures that our products not only comply with standards such as IEC 60358 and GB/T 4705, but also adapt to the complex operating conditions found in real-world applications. In a large-scale application in a provincial power grid, our high-voltage door handle capacitors have achieved an excellent record of zero failures in three years of installation on 3,000 nodes, proving the effectiveness of this verification system.
