PA L64/14 is an Atmosphere Sintering Furnace.Carbon steel double sealed housing.1600# polycrystalline ceramic fiber chamber, equipped with a 310S box to prevent corrosive gases from corroding the furnace.Heating element uses SIC rod.Shimaden PID temperature controller,programmable 32 segments,high temperature control accuracy.Gas port uses 1/4" hose barb,work in air, inert gas and rough vacuum environment,Max 20000Pa.Atmosphere muffle furnaces are mainly used for material synthesis in laboratories or research institutes,providing an environment for various purposes in many heat treatment experiments.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

• Individual set of single channel gas supplying device,small size.Gas supply box panel is equipped with reserved gas inlet and outlet, pressure gauge and gas valve
• Double ferrule joints,connect to OD6mm stainless steel tube,gas float flowmeter,the flow rate is adjustable ranges 60-600ml/min
• Available gases: N2, Ar, H2, CO etc.​

NOTE:When filling reducing gases, check valves, one-way valves, exhaust gas treatment systems, etc. need to be configured

Application Notes

• Gas pressure in the furnace tube should not be higher than 0.02MPa.
• High gas cylinder pressure. Use pressure reducing valve when introducing gas to furnace.
• When using flammable and explosive gases for experiments, safety accessories must be equipped.
• When the operating temperature exceeds 1400℃, cold water circulation device must be installed.
• The equipment room must be well ventilated.
