Belt drying furnace is particularly suitable for drying for small workpieces such as metals, ceramics continuously, usually for the complete removal of water or impurities. Belt speed could be adjusted according to heat treatment processes.High alumina insulated chamber with SS 304 built mesh belt, controlled conveying speed, Max working temperature up to 500 degree C.

Safety Measures

  • Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller's manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions

Application Notes

  • However, toxic or explosive gases that may generate from the sample during the heating are not recommended for use with the mesh belt drying furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
  • Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating
