Application Notes
|
- The heater will shut down if over output occurs. Pls reduce coil cycle number to keep the heater operating under Max power
- Melting time and temperature are related to materials, the crucible, refractory insulation, etc.
- You may melt metal samples in a vacuum using a 60mm dia half-open quartz tube with a vacuum flange/valve.

- To prevent internal circuitry damage:
- Never allow the inductive current to exceed 800 A when the unit is in use.
- The maximum time duration for running the unit at the 600~800 A working current range should not exceed 60 seconds.
