Overall molding, balanced force distribution. The molded tray is manufactured in one process, integrating the panel and the support legs into one piece. There are no joints or connecting parts (such as nails, screws), avoiding the failure of traditional wooden trays due to loose joints causing load-bearing issues. The panel is evenly stressed in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, which can stably distribute the weight of the goods and reduce the risk of local crushing.

High dimensional accuracy, strong stability. During the production process, the shape is precisely controlled by the mold, resulting in a small size error (usually within ±2mm) for the finished product. The raw materials, after being heat-set at high temperature, have a low moisture content (generally 6%-8%), do not absorb moisture, do not deform, and do not warp. Even in humid or temperature-differential environments (such as cold chain warehouses, cross-border containers), it can maintain dimensional stability and avoid the tilting of goods due to tray deformation.

Flexible structure adaptation, versatile scenarios. Main structures include the nine-leg type (lightweight, suitable for four-way forklift access on flat surfaces, mostly used for small item stacking in e-commerce), the K-shaped / M-shaped (with bottom reinforcement design, the dynamic load can reach over 2000kg, suitable for heavy machinery, home appliances and other large-sized goods), and some products adopt the "concave-convex nesting" design, allowing empty trays to be nested and stacked, saving over 50% of storage space and reducing return transportation costs.
