1. Optimized internal architecture. A new production process redesigns the gas source pathway and internal structure, resulting in a more rational component layout, reduced signal interference, higher detection accuracy, and excellent stability and durability.
2. 7-inch color touch screen control. A professional chromatography UI intuitively displays inlet, column oven, and detector internal temperature values, individual detector values, and running time. A one-key temperature reduction function and user-defined detection conditions make operation simple and convenient.
3. Advanced column temperature oven. Six independent temperature control systems with an automatic rear door opening system, 21-order / 21-platform programmed temperature rise, and fast heating/cooling. Temperature control accuracy of 0.05°C supports a wide range of sample analysis.
4. Modular, expandable design. The whole machine adopts a modular design and supports multi-processor parallel operation. It accommodates two injection port modules (capillary column and packed column) and five high-performance detector modules (FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, and NPD). Custom configurations include six-valve and ten-valve gas injectors, headspace injectors, thermal resolution injectors, cracking furnace injectors, and methane converters. It supports up to three groups of inlets and four types of detectors, making sample analysis and future upgrades convenient.
