The HZJYY-JT Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss and Volume Resistivity Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T5654-2007, "Measurement of Relative Permittivity, Dielectric Loss Factor and DC Resistivity of Liquid Insulating Materials." It is used to measure the dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of insulating oils and other liquid insulating media.

The tester features an integrated structure that incorporates an oil cup for dielectric loss, a temperature controller, a temperature sensor, a dielectric loss test bridge, an AC test power source, a standard capacitor, a high resistance meter, a DC high voltage source, and other main components. Utilizing full digital technology, the instrument offers fully automated intelligent measurements and is equipped with a large 5.7-inch TFT full-color LCD touch display. The user-friendly interface and full English menu ensure that operators can use the instrument proficiently without specialized training. Test results can be automatically stored and printed.

1. Dielectric Loss Cup: Features an inter-electrode distance of 2mm, eliminating stray capacitance and leakage effects on dielectric loss measurements.
2. Heating Method: Uses medium-frequency induction heating with PID temperature control for convenient control, maintaining the temperature within a preset error range.
3. Standard Capacitor: The internal standard capacitor is an SF6-filled three-point electrode capacitor. Its dielectric loss and capacitance are unaffected by environmental temperature and humidity, ensuring precision over long-term use.
4. Protection Features: Includes over-voltage, over-current, and high-voltage short circuit protection. The instrument quickly disconnects high voltage and issues warning messages in case of faults.
5. Parameter Settings: Convenient settings for temperature (40–120°C), AC voltage (200–2200V), and DC voltage (0–500V).
6. Display: Features a large TFT pure color LCD touch screen for clear display. The instrument automatically performs tests with simple settings and stores and prints test results.
7. Empty Electrode Cup Calibration: Measures the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to assess its cleaning and assembly condition.
