The HZNYZ-NT-II Automatic Withstand Voltage Tester for Insulating Boots & Gloves is developed and manufactured in compliance with the national standard DL/T1476-2015 Preventive Test Procedures for Electric Safety Tools. All performance indicators of this product meet the requirements of the national standard.

It performs intelligent insulation withstand voltage tests on safety tools such as insulating shoes and insulating gloves in accordance with the provisions of the Procedures. The test cycle for insulating boots and gloves is once every six months. No breakdown shall occur during the test, and the leakage current of insulating boots and gloves shall not exceed the specified limit values. This product is applicable to all power-related industries.

1. The tester can test up to 8 insulating boots or gloves simultaneously and measure the leakage current of each test sample individually.
2. A dry-type testing method with small steel balls placed inside insulating shoes is adopted for shoe testing, eliminating the traditional water-filling test method which leaves footwear hard to dry after testing.
3. Real-time comparison between measured high voltage and low voltage ensures accurate readings of test voltage and leakage current.
4. High-voltage and low-voltage circuits are isolated; leakage current data is transmitted back to the control box via anti-interference wireless transmission technology, greatly guaranteeing personal safety.
5. Each test channel is equipped with an independent disconnect mechanism. If breakdown occurs or leakage current exceeds the preset limit on any single channel, that channel will automatically cut off without interrupting tests on other samples.
6. Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen with Chinese character display, presenting abundant data on one screen including test voltage, leakage current of 8 high-voltage channels, calendar, test timer, as well as Chinese operation prompts.
7. A high-precision stepper motor regulates the voltage regulator for fully automatic withstand voltage testing. After test initiation, the equipment closes automatically, boosts voltage at the standard specified rate, holds the target voltage upon reaching the preset value and starts timing, reduces voltage automatically once timing finishes, cuts off power after voltage drops to zero, alerts test completion, displays leakage current of all samples, and automatically saves test records.
8. Special metal grounding trays for insulating boot testing and dedicated containers for insulating glove testing are provided for convenient operation.
9. The transformation ratio of the test transformer can be freely configured to match transformers already owned by customers.
