The HZNYZ-C is a fully automatic safety tools test device designed specifically for batch testing of insulating boots and gloves. It eliminates irregular traditional testing methods, simplifies test procedures, accelerates detection efficiency, and reduces labor intensity. The equipment reliably measures key parameters of insulating boots and gloves, including leakage current, insulation aging, and power frequency withstand voltage.

• Equipment Composition: Boost control cabinet, insulating boot & glove test rack, and test transformer (which can be self-provided by customers).
• Multi-Sample Testing: Supports simultaneous testing of 6 or 8 insulating boots/gloves (quantity optional) with separate leakage current measurement for each sample. Adopts wireless multi-channel high-voltage leakage current measurement and wireless communication technology for safe leakage current detection. The tester is fully electrically isolated from the high-voltage system, enabling accurate multi-channel leakage current measurement and full protection for operators.
• Display & Printing: Equipped with a 7-inch high-definition Chinese touch screen and high-speed thermal printer. Multiple data are displayed on one screen, including leakage current of 6/8 channels, test voltage, primary current, and test timing.
• Fully Automatic Withstand Voltage Workflow: Automatic closing, voltage boosting, timing, voltage reduction to zero, and power-off upon test completion.
• Measurement & Protection: Measures test voltage and primary current of the test transformer. The control console is isolated from high-voltage circuits to protect personnel, with built-in overvoltage and overcurrent protection.
• Independent Channel Cut-Off: Independent high-voltage cut-off mechanism for each test channel. If breakdown occurs on any single channel, that sample automatically disconnects from high voltage without interrupting other ongoing tests.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Real-time display of high voltage, high-voltage current, low voltage, low-voltage current, elapsed time, and withstand voltage test results with clear visual feedback.
• Full-Automatic Test Cycle: After startup, the unit closes the circuit and boosts voltage automatically. It holds the target voltage and starts timing once the preset voltage is reached. Upon timer expiry, voltage drops to zero and power cuts off automatically; leakage current data of all samples is displayed and saved automatically.
• Zero-Return Detection: The test can only start after successful zero calibration for enhanced safety and reliability.
• Dry-Type Test Method: Small steel balls are placed inside insulating shoes, replacing the conventional water-filling method which leaves footwear hard to dry after testing.
• Circuit Separation: High-voltage and low-voltage circuits are separated; leakage current signals are transmitted back to the control cabinet via anti-interference wireless transmission technology for maximum personal safety.
• Measurable Data: Displays and prints voltage and leakage current value of each test sample.
• Flexible Transformer Matching: The transformation ratio of the test transformer can be freely set to match transformers already owned by customers.
• Split-Type Usable Design: If the control cabinet malfunctions, the test rack can work independently with a separate test transformer without interrupting calibration work. The control cabinet supports flexible transformation ratio matching with user-existing transformers.
• Mobility: Universal casters can be installed on the boost control cabinet, test transformer, and mobile water tank bracket for easy movement and transportation.
