The ZGF-C-60kV/5mA DC High Voltage Generator is primarily designed for DC withstand voltage testing and DC leakage current testing of zinc oxide surge arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, generators, and other high-voltage electrical equipment. It is widely used in power departments across electric power, industrial and mining, metallurgy, iron and steel, and other enterprise sectors.

This generator employs AIPWM technology to correct the inaccurate linearity of conventional PWM, significantly improving measurement precision. AI technology is used to set over-voltage and over-current protection, replacing the digital dial switch that could only set voltage values and suffered from voltage drift. In addition to retaining the manual 0.75UDC1mA function button, the instrument adds AI full-automatic zinc oxide surge arrester measurement, cable segmented voltage withstand testing, and automatic voltage withstand testing. It can directly print and save test reports, eliminating handwriting errors. Manual mode is preserved, with added print functions for any voltage and current, plus total time T1 and segment timing T2 functions. A perpetual calendar and time function is also included, so test reports carry accurate time and date information.
