Maintenance Tips
- Hand-held laser welding machine equipment must be well grounded, otherwise there will be following problem:
1) The machine is prone to strong induction or leakage.
2) Sharing the workbench with other ungrounded equipment, leakage of electricity from other equipment may cause damage to parts of the equipment (such as argon arc/welding/secondary welding).
- Please turn off the main power for each shift after work or if the equipment is not used for a long time.
- Equipment maintenance should be regularly to clean, cooling water chiller replaced periodically and to filter dust removal, if the working temperature is low, antifreeze fluid does not take the place of deionized water, cannot be used for long time, please clean with distilled water or deionized water after the winter water chiller, and restore the use of distilled water or deionized water cooling fluid.
- If there is a long downtime (such as long holiday), push the cooling water in the equipment to be emptied, and use compressed air to blow the residual water out of the equipment (including the laser/chiller).
