Products Description
This highly compatible equipment is specially designed for complex filter material production scenarios and can stably handle special materials such as silicon-coated paper, high-temperature resistant glass fiber paper, and waterproof composite paper. The paper cutter adopts a floating knife frame structure, and the paper pleat is equipped with an adjustable pressure compensation device to ensure the pleat formation quality of paper with different stiffness. The gluing machine supports multiple types of adhesives such as water-based adhesives, hot melt adhesives, and solvent-based adhesives, and automatically matches the coating parameters through an intelligent proportioning system. The equipment reserves expansion interfaces, allowing for the quick integration of additional modules such as material cutting, winding, and quality inspection, to meet diversified production demands.
