Products Description
The Tongchen PTFE fully automatic servo paper folding production line is specially designed for the processing of high-performance filter materials. Its core configurations include an automatic paper feeding rack, a pre-slitting and paper feeding machine, an automatic counter, and a high-precision filter paper folding machine. The equipment adopts a servo control system, and the paper feeding speed can be flexibly adjusted. It is suitable for materials such as PTFE membranes and filter paper with a width of up to 800mm, meeting the diverse production requirements of air filter elements, liquid filter materials, etc. Its intelligent slitting technology ensures that the material size error is less than ±0.1mm, with high and uniform folding accuracy, which can significantly improve the filtration efficiency and structural strength of the filter element. It is applicable to the pre-treatment process of filter materials in filter manufacturing enterprises, environmental protection equipment manufacturers and mask manufacturers. The entire process from raw material unwinding to folding and shaping is fully automated, reducing manual intervention while increasing production capacity by more than 30%. It is the core equipment for large-scale production of high-quality filtration products.
