The High Quality Full-Auto Air Filter Paper Pleating Production Line integrates paper feeding, heating, humidifying, pleating, hot-melt bonding, conveying, and automatic counting into one streamlined production flow. Both the pleating machine speed and conveyor belt speed are computer-controlled for flexibility and high efficiency. With high-precision rollers, independent glue temperature control, and a built-in spray device to prevent paper damage, the system delivers stable performance for continuous and mass-scale filter manufacturing.

Main Features

  • Computer-Controlled Transmission System
    Both the work speed of the machine and the transmission speed of the conveyor belt are controlled by computer, and can be easily adjusted.
  • High-Precision Roller Forming
    Both impression and bubble formation are finished on the identical pairs of rollers with high precision.
  • Automatic Heating & Process-Based Temperature Control
    The temperature can be predetermined in accordance with the requirement of the technological process.
    When the pleating machine runs, the heater will start to work automatically.
  • Paper Protection Spray Device
    It adopts the spray device, which is advantageous to prevent the paper from breaking when it is marked by rollers.
  • Fast Melting & Frequency-Controlled Glue Dispensing
    Melt quickly, and the glue dispensing quantity can be easily controlled by frequency converter.
  • Pressure Control Unit for Safety
    Set pressure control unit in glue feeding circuit to ensure circuit safety.
  • Independent Temperature-Controlled Glue Hose & Spray Nozzle
    Both the glue hose and spray nozzle adopt independent temperature control for easy operation.
    They also support application on inclined surfaces.
