Warranty Terms
Warranty Period: HENTG POWER provides a warranty period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first, for the supplied dry type transformers.
Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, if any failure occurs due to defects in design, manufacturing, or materials, we will provide free replacement parts or repair services (excluding labor, transportation, and other indirect costs).
Exclusions
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, overload operation, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the operation manual
- Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, lightning strikes, fire, flood, etc.)
- Damage caused by repairs or replacement of parts by the customer without our consent
Warranty Execution: Upon receiving written notice from the customer and confirming the quality issue, we will provide a solution, including technical guidance, replacement of parts, or return-to-factory repair.
