Description:

Materials: 45Cr4NiMoV, 50Cr5MoV, 40Cr3MoV, 9Cr2Mo, 70Cr3Mo, 70Cr3NiMo, 55Cr, 35CrMo, and 70Cr3Mo is the most important material. On some high-speed overloaded rolling mill, back up roller uses even 50 Cr4MoV and 45 Cr5MoV as materials. Resist fatigue properties and wear resistance are more important. Higher alloy elements and low carbon content are its development directions.

Production processes: molten steel smelting –ingot- forging- heat treatment -machining-eventually heat treatment-finishing machining

Applications:

Back up roller is widely used in the production line metallurgical industry board strips, the longitudinal cutting tools, acid, zinc, tin, painted and winding, Nonferrous metal industry of annealing, pull thin and coating.
