Description:

Mould forging has been widely used in heavy machinery, energy, metallurgy, mining, weapons, aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical and other industries as important components. According to the different use adopt the different material.The main material arecarbon steel and alloy steel .

The process as follow :Ingot →forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) →Inspection →rough machining→2nd Heat treatment →finishing machining →Inspection

Main type of steel is tool steel, higher forging rate , better forging compactness and hardness eveness ,the hardness variation range on the same section is ±1.5 HRC,hardness level is ± 3HRC

Applications:

Mould forgings are widely used as manufacturing forging tools such as all kinds of forging press and forging hammer,valve body.
