Product Description

A U Tube Bundle is the core heat transfer component of a U-Tube Heat Exchanger, consisting of a tube sheet, U-shaped tubes, baffles, tie rods, spacers, and supporting structures. Designed to accommodate thermal expansion between the shell and tube sides, the U-tube configuration eliminates the need for an expansion joint and provides excellent reliability under high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions.

The tube bundle can be supplied as a replacement unit for existing heat exchangers or as part of newly manufactured shell and tube heat exchangers. It is widely used in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, power generation, oil & gas, food processing, and marine industries.
