ASME U Tube Heat Exchanger
Product Description
The U-tube heat exchanger is a classic type of shell-and-tube heat exchanger defined by TEMA, GB/T 151, EN 13445 and ASME VIII Div.1 standards. All heat transfer tubes are bent into U-shapes, with both tube ends securely welded and expanded onto a single tube sheet.
Its structural feature avoids the floating head sealing structure, delivering lower leakage risk and better performance under high pressure and high temperature working conditions. It is widely applied in high-temperature, high-pressure processes such as refinery, chemical processing, power plant and steam heating systems.
