1.What is CADR?
CADR stands for “Clean Air Delivery Rate,” which indicates the volume of filtered air delivered by an air purifier. CADR ratings show the effectiveness of how efficient the air purifier is at capturing fine particles from things like tobacco smoke and plant pollens from the room. First look at suggested room size. Then refer to the Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) numbers. The higher the number, the faster the unit filters the air.

3. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
A. Unit shuts off unexpectedly or does not operate.
Check that the unit is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
Check that the motor protector is triggered.
Check that the filter is in the unit and locked.
Check that the front panel is latched firmly in place.
B. No air circulating from unit
Unplug unit. Check filter. Replace filter if necessary.
C. Increase in noise level
Make sure the filter is clean. Replace if necessary.
D. Odors and smoke are not removed.
Clean or replace the filter if it appears to be heavily soiled.
E. The discharged air has an aroma or odor
Check to see if the filter is heavily soiled. Replace the filter. Turn off the Ionizer
F. Air quality indicator constantly shows poor air quality
Wipe the lens with a clean cloth or vacuum to remove any dust that has settled on the sensor.
G. Filter change indicator flicks
Need to manual reset by long pressing filter change icon for 5 seconds, then release after heard the buzzer
H. The unit can not power on without buzzer and power icon lighting
Replace with new power PCBA
I. The unit can power on with power icon lighting, but speed can not be set.
Replace with new control PCBA
J. The unit can power on but some displays show defective
Replace with new control PCBA
K. The unit’s PM 2.5 digital value shows different from ambient environment within 30% tolerance.
Comply with particle sensor spec.
