TGGS100-800 is designed for ground stabilization and subgrade reinforcement where reliable cellular confinement is required. With a 100 mm height and 800 mm jointing distance, the system provides a relatively deep confinement layer for railway subgrade, highway foundation, embankment, and other load-bearing ground applications.
A key feature of the TGGS Series is its injection molded connector. Instead of relying on conventional welded joints, the connector is manufactured through injection molding and provides high stiffness at the connection points. The all-plastic structure also removes the need for metal components, helping reduce corrosion-related concerns in wet soil and outdoor environments.

During installation, the compressed panels are expanded to form interconnected cells. Suitable soil, gravel, aggregate, or other specified infill materials can then be placed into the cells. The resulting three-dimensional confinement structure helps control lateral displacement and improve the stability of the reinforced layer.
For railway subgrade and highway projects, the 100 mm configuration can provide greater confinement depth compared with shallow-cell systems. It can also be used for embankment reinforcement, port construction, container yards, access roads, and high-load foundation treatment.
The TGGS system is available for bulk international orders with a standard MOQ of 500 square meters. Panels are compressed for efficient transportation and packed in woven bags. Customized packaging and wooden pallet solutions can be provided according to customer requirements.
