1. Pipes including laser cable and air fume extractor pipe. The dust produced by marking machine, can be sucked out from this tube, in this way, the environmental protection will be well done, and the dust will not affect operator's health.
2. Well-designed handle system for operator. The operator can hold the laser head very well from falling down, can operate the machine very convenient.
3. Laser switch button. During the operation, the operator only need to press the laser switch button to carry out marking works.
4. Dust air suction devices. The dust air suction device is fixed for sucking the dust air outside of the laser head, keep a clean environment for the laser head and avoid any effect for operator's health.
5. Internal Redlight Indicating System. The internal redlight indicating system will show the position of the marking. Operator can review the marking position before marking and do necessary position adjustment.
6. Air inlet system. The clean air will pass into the cover through the air inlet system, and the dust air will be sucked out by air fume extractor.
7. Laser Shut-off switch system. There are 2 switches at the bottom of the cover, if operator remove the laser head from workpiece, the laser shut-off switch will be activated and the whole machine will stops works. The machine will only marks when the bottom touches on the workpiece.
8. Anti-laser glasses. 4 sides of the laser head cover will be fixed with anti-laser glasses, ensure the operator and other workers around the machine have a safe environment from effecting by laser. (In this picture, the anti-laser glasses are not fixed, for customer can see internal clear)
9. The laser head system will be very light comparing previous design. It can be operated with handheld operation or fixed on the vertical column for operation.
10. The air fume exactor will be mounted on the rear of the marking machine, so the total marking machine system can easily move around.

The above system is design by HBS in year 2018, this is the first such design in China with our own patent. This design is sold in Germany, UK, Portugal, Italy very well in big companies. Due to new products and designs, the preliminary cost is relatively higher.
