This series of Inconel 625 forged rings are produced by open-die forging and seamless radial-axial ring rolling. After standardized high-temperature solution annealing and full stress relief, the alloy forms homogeneous single-phase austenite matrix without harmful intermetallic precipitates, ensuring consistent mechanical and anti-corrosion performance across the entire ring blank.
Inconel 625 is premium solid-solution nickel superalloy strengthened by molybdenum and niobium elements. It does not rely on aging to achieve high strength, balancing extreme corrosion resistance and high-temperature mechanical properties that duplex steel and ordinary nickel alloys cannot match. Seamless forged ring eliminates heavy deep boring workload on solid bar, widely machined into tube sheet rings, pressure vessel flanges, subsea sealing rings and nuclear reactor annular components for aerospace, offshore oil & gas, nuclear power and chemical industries.
