Long service life for special automotive bearing parts: new‑energy vehicle auxiliary assemblies, off‑road vehicle, coastal‑area automobile and anti‑corrosion auto bearing modules.
Product Overview
This series of 316 stainless steel precision CNC turning bearing parts are custom‑machined auto bearing core components. Using premium solid 316 stainless steel bar stock as raw material, workpieces are processed by multi‑axis CNC turning, grinding, deburring and passivation surface treatment.
Different from ordinary carbon‑steel bearing parts, 316 stainless steel adds molybdenum element, showing outstanding resistance to moisture, salt fog and weak corrosive media. The products cover bearing inner rings, outer sleeves, bearing spacer sleeves, locating pins and shaft sleeves for special‑purpose automobiles. Strict concentricity and roundness control reduce friction during bearing operation. Widely used for new‑energy vehicles, coastal‑region vehicles and special off‑road automotive anti‑corrosion bearing systems.
Material Grade Characteristics – 316 Stainless Steel (UNS S31600 / EN 1.4401)
