Chocolate Cereal Bar Cutting Machine is consisted of feeding part ,compressing part, cooling part, separate cutting part, conveyor. lt has the advantage of simple operation, big production, good cutting effect and adjustable cutting length, etc. lt is suitable for chocolate enrobing machine and chocolate decorating machine.

This machine adopts ultrasonic cutters. With the continuous development of the food processing industry, in order to meet the requirements of efficiency, accuracy and product quality, we have applied ultrasonic cutting technology to the equipment of nutrition bars. Ultrasonic systems offer a better option for traditional mechanical cutting methods, especially for viscous or multi-textured products such as protein bars, granola bars and energy bar snacks.
