Built for Salt Flowability and Cleanroom Standards

Salt is abrasive, hygroscopic and prone to caking. Our packaging machine addresses these properties with contact parts in 304 stainless steel, low-residue product paths and anti-bridge agitation. The line forms, fills and seals pouches or sacks, maintains headspace control and prints traceable codes. Operators manage recipes on a touchscreen HMI with audit logs.

Feeding and Dosing

Closed auger or vibratory feed with dust capture delivers salt to the hopper. Multihead dosing adapts to grain size.

Continuous sealing at controlled temperature and pressure yields strong seals for fine salt and anti-leak performance.

Inspection and Coding

Checkweigher and metal detection remove defects. TIJ or laser marks lot, date and line ID for traceability.

Case Packing

Auto case erector, pack pattern control and taping or hot-melt sealing ready for logistics.

Palletizing

Robotic palletizer stacks ship-ready loads for retail or 25 kg industrial bags with stretch wrapping.
