Upstream salt conveying before packaging

All contact parts use 304 stainless steel. Closed hoppers and dehumidified air help reduce moisture pickup and clumping. The control cabinet supports recipe management, remote diagnostics, and line OEE reporting. Optional metal detector and checkweigher provide reject control.

End-to-end process
1. Closed feeding

Vacuum loader with anti-stick piping 0–500 kg/h adjustable.

2. Precision metering

Two-stage auger plus load cell 0.1 g resolution.

3. Sealing

80–180 °C constant temperature 0.3–0.5 MPa pressure seal strength ≥ 35 N/15 mm.

4. Inspection

Checkweigher metal detector seal integrity automatic reject.

5. Coding

Laser date lot QR for traceability ERP ready.

6. Palletizing

Robotic palletizer ±5 mm accuracy 10 boxes per layer.
