SS316L NaCl Evaporation System For Sodium Chloride
Food- and chemical-grade SS316L NaCl evaporation & crystallization line engineered for refined sodium chloride. The system integrates brine purification with vacuum evaporation (MEE and/or MVR) and controlled crystallization to deliver consistent grain size, high purity, and low moisture—ready for centrifuging, drying, sizing, iodization, and packing.
Key Benefits
- High purity output: Stable NaCl grade with low insolubles and moisture.
- Crystal size control: Tunable nucleation/growth for fine, table, or coarse salt.
- Energy efficient: Multi-effect staging with optional MVR minimizes steam/OPEX.
- Hygienic & durable: SS316L wetted parts, drainable layouts, CIP-ready design.
- Line integration: Seamless tie-in to centrifuge, dryer, screens, and dosing skids.
Process & Thermal Economy
Clarified/polished brine is concentrated under vacuum using multi-effect and/or MVR duty. Tight control of ΔT/LMTD, circulation rate, and residence time stabilizes supersaturation, ensuring repeatable crystallization and low energy consumption.
Materials & Compliance
Wetted parts in SS316L (duplex/Ti on request). Sanitary finishes, traceable materials, drainable piping, and validated CIP supporting HACCP/ISO programs for edible salt production.
Process Overview — Refined Sodium Chloride

FAQ
Can the system produce multiple grain sizes?
Yes. We tune nucleation/growth and add post-sieving/polishing to supply fine, table, or coarse grades.
Is food-grade documentation available?
Material traceability, surface-finish records, and CIP validation are provided to support HACCP/ISO 22000.
How is energy consumption minimized?
Through multi-effect staging and optional MVR, plus heat recovery and optimized ΔT/LMTD and circulation.
