Reduce bulk salt to the size range required for effective washing and classification.
- 2) Multi-stage Washing
Combine screw and agitated washing with counter-current rinsing to remove insoluble and soluble impurities and improve purity.
- 3) Continuous Dewatering
Two-stage pusher centrifuge lowers cake moisture before drying and improves energy performance.
- 4) Drying & Screening
Hot-air or fluidized-bed drying to target moisture followed by screening and packing.
