A: Firstly, our products are produced under strict quality control, and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the agreed warranty period, for small quantities we will send new units with new order. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution including recall according to the real situation.
