HP-730C Conformal Coating Machine
The HP-730C is a unique hybrid system combining spray coating and precision dispensing capabilities in a single platform. Featuring two H-905 atomizing valves for conformal coating and two H-D01 needle dispensing valves for precise material application, this machine offers unparalleled process flexibility.
The 2+2 valve configuration allows manufacturers to perform both coating and dispensing operations without moving boards between machines or changing tooling. Group spacing is manually adjustable from 120-260mm, enabling optimized positioning for different board layouts. All four valves can be independently programmed for maximum versatility.
Motion control is handled by a servo motor + ball screw drive delivering ± 0.02mm repeatability at X/Y speeds up to 800mm/s. The electrically adjustable conveyor (50-450mm) accommodates diverse PCB sizes with component clearance up to ±110mm.
The complete fluid system includes a 10L pressure tank for coating material and a 2L cleaning tank with automatic valve flushing. Built-in UV detection enables real-time coating inspection. The SMEMA interface ensures seamless integration into automated SMT lines.
