HP-1650C is a single-component, high-solid content UV and moisture dual-cure electronic conformal coating. Formulated with high-performance polyurethane resin, this environmentally friendly coating provides exceptional insulation protection for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.

The product is free from harmful solvents, eliminating VOC emissions and reducing health risks to operators while protecting the environment. Designed for selective coating applications, HP-1650C can be applied via spraying, dispensing, or brushing, making it suitable for diverse manufacturing processes and production environments.

Unlike conventional UV coatings that fail to cure in shadowed areas under components, HP-1650C features a dual-cure mechanism: exposure to UV or LED light provides instant surface curing, while a secondary moisture cure ensures complete polymerization in hard-to-reach areas such as component gaps and connector bases.

• UV/LED cure (365nm / 395nm): 1000-2000 mJ/cm² for rapid processing
