  • Core Medium and Feature Positioning of the Product​
    This product is a traditional oil-immersed distribution transformer, which relies on mineral oil as the core to achieve dual technical functions. Firstly, it utilizes the high insulation strength of mineral oil (breakdown voltage ≥35kV) to isolate the electrical paths between the iron core, windings and oil tank, avoiding internal discharge faults. Secondly, it leverages the convective heat dissipation property of mineral oil (heat transfer coefficient approximately 0.12 W/(m·K)) to quickly dissipate heat generated during operation, with heat dissipation efficiency 18%-22% higher than that of dry-type transformers with the same capacity. In terms of cost, mineral oil has low procurement cost and standardized production process, so the overall equipment cost is 28%-32% lower than that of environmentally friendly oil transformers. With significant cost advantages, it is suitable for basic power distribution projects sensitive to investment budgets.
