Descriptions:

The bulletproof vest is made of Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE), also called High Strength High Modulus PE fiber, which is featured of highest tenacity, low weight, soft, comfortable, outstanding UV resistant, moisture resistance and waterproof. Furthermore the PE UD fabric has excellent performance on high specific energy absorption and fastest shock wave dissipation, which has been proved as the fittest, cost-effective material in ballistic field.

We could supply soft buleltproof vests that reach every level in USA NIJ Standard 0101.04, which is divided into six levels as below table showed.

Characteristics:

1. Perfect ballistic performance. Be qualified with all levels of USA NIJ standard 0101.04 by increasing or removing layers of PE UD.

2. Upgrading protection level. Pockets at front and bear for inserting hard armor plates, which would upgrade the protection level to NIJ level III or IV and prevent against rifles, such as 7.62*39mm AK47, 7.62*51mm NATO M14, 5.56*45mm M16, and 7.62*63mm M2 AP bullets.

3. Quick release system. The soft Kelvlar UD ballistic panels could be removed from the outer coat when washing. (ballistic panels are forbiden to be washed); the Velcro straps connect front, back, sides, neck, arms, groin, which allowed to be removed each other in order to put the vest off in urgent conditions and adjusted for one size fitting more figures.

4. Tactical functions. MOLL system for accessories, ammunitions that necessary for the wearers.

5. Durability. The outer coat’s made from reliable Poly/Cotton/Nylon/Cordura, which is waterproof, flame resistance, long-wearing, tear-resistance and easily washable according to your requirements. Colors are optional from BLACK, OLIVE GREEN, WOODLAND, DERSERT CAMO, TO SEA BLUE, WHITE, ACU and any you want.
