Planetary power mixer is a versatile new type that combines the principles of traditional dual planetary mixer and high-speed disperser, and currently has a wide range of applications in many fields Use.
Features:
l. Its high-speed dispersion maximum linear speed can reach 25M/S. The enhanced Fried Dough Twists frame can handle any high viscosity battery paste;
2.A new mixing method - the Fried Dough Twists frame rotates clockwise and counterclockwise to ensure that there is no dead angle and "climbing" phenomenon.
3.In terms of sealing, two sets of mechanical seals plus PT100 Soft and static sealing ensures vacuum - theoretically, sealing performance has been enhanced by 30%.
4. The PT100 temperature sensor directly contacts the material, making the measurement more accurate and faster, with an error of only ± 0.5 ℃.
5. This machine consists of a base, crossbeam, column, sealing cover, material cylinder, transmission and electric control system Group.
