Multi-Stage Filtration System (Base Pipe + Gravel Pack + Outer Screen)

The screen consists of three integrated filtration layers:

1. Base Pipe – Provides mechanical strength to withstand formation pressure.

2. Uniform Gravel Pack Layer – Graded quartz sand or ceramic particles form a stable bridge to capture fine sand.

3. Outer Wire-Wrapped Screen (Jacket) – Fully welded stainless steel wire with precise slot openings, resistant to clogging and erosion.
