Double Screw Conical Mixing Machine
Description
- The compound movement of the material in the cone is caused by the rotation and rotation of the screw, and there are mainly four types of movement:
- 1. The spiral revolves along the wall, making the material move circularly along the cone wall;
- 2. The spiral rotates to make the material rise from the bottom of the cone along the spiral;
- 3. The combined motion of the screw's public rotation and rotation makes a part of the material absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface, and at the same time, under the action of the centrifugal force of the screw's rotation, a part of the material in the spiral cylindrical surface is discharged radially to the cone;
- 4. The ascending material descends under its own gravity. The four movements produce convection, shear, and diffusion in the mixer, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid and uniform mixing.
Features
- 1. The machine structure is reasonable and its external appearance is beautiful. All the sections of contacting the materials use the stainless steel.
- 2. The feeding system for this mixer can be by manual or pneumatic conveyor / negative feeding system or vacuum feeder or screw feeder and so on
- 3. For the cleaning, you can choose simple type (spray gun or nozzle), also you can choose WIP or SIP.
- 4. For the control system, there are push button and HMI+PLC and so on.
- 5. Material for the machine: ISI 304L, AISI SUS304, carbon steel, AISI SUS316L, AISI SUS316 and other materials.
- 6. The whole machine features novel design, compact structure, and good appearance, the evenness of mixing reaches 99% , and the volume charge coefficient reaches 0.8.
- 7. Low rotating height, smooth running, reliable performance, easy operation.
- 8. Highly polished inner and outer surfaces of the barrel, no dead comer, easy to discharge materials, easy to clear, no cross contamination. Conforming to the requirement of GMP.
