A:Appilicant

Suitable for automatic quantitative packaging of materials with good fluidity (such as: rice, white sugar, feed, plastic pellets, etc.)

B:Features

1. Weighing instrument + PLC dual-core control technology, A/D conversion times reach 200 times per second. It ensures the strict requirements of the weighing speed and weighing accuracy of the equipment.

2. Safety and hygiene. In order to ensure food safety, we use stainless steel for the feeding, weighing barrels and other material contact parts, and the interior is polished smoothly to prevent dead corners and no food residues to prevent residual rice from mildew and rancidity that affects the quality of rice.

3. To prevent rodent damage and acid corrosion, we have adopted a closed studio. All lines, sensors, and solenoid valves are equipped with steel wire troughs or protective iron boxes, which also isolate the corrosion and wear of rice flour and water vapor on the cylinder and sensors. Extend the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.

4. Digital intelligent automatic lifting conveyor, the conveyor can quickly switch to the appropriate position according to different packaging, and the lifting height of different varieties can be memorized.
