Product Overview

The 5HH Series Small Recirculating Batch Grain Dryer is designed by Wangu Machinery for family farms, large-scale grain growers, agricultural cooperatives, and township grain stations. Unlike large continuous dryers, the 5HH operates in "batch recirculation" mode — load a full batch, circulate and dry to target moisture, discharge, then load the next batch. With 15-60 ton batch capacity (paddy equivalent) and 10-60 T/D daily capacity, it is the ideal choice for small-scale grain drying.

Core Technology: Recirculating Low-Temperature Drying. Grain enters from the top and circulates inside the machine — each cycle passes through the drying zone where 45-75C low-temperature hot air penetrates evenly, then enters the tempering zone for internal moisture migration. This "dry-temper-dry" cycle repeats until the entire batch reaches uniform target moisture. 30% more energy-efficient than fixed-bed dryers, with superior uniformity.

Why "low-temperature"? The 45-75C hot air temperature approximates natural sun-drying conditions, preserving grain quality that high-temperature drying would damage.
